Handling a Difficult Customer

Question: Can you tell me about a time when you had to handle a difficult situation or customer? How did you handle it?

Example Answer: While I haven't worked in a retail setting, I had an experience as a volunteer at a charity event where I had to handle a frustrated attendee. The individual was upset about the long wait for food.
