As a Commercial Manager, you are responsible for the image and layout of your store, making sure the latest trends and best sellers are represented according to the company specifications, balancing between commerciality and image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team, working closely with the regional team to achieve the store's objectives and support the entire team. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
•Analyzing store and regional sales to make commercial decisions
•Establishing daily/weekly Commercial action Plans for your store
•Ability to control and managing stock levels, product rotation and sales success
•Preparation, organizing and driving of weekly shipments 
•Follow and adapt the merchandising standards and guidelines
