The Bar Production role is vital to the success of the cocktail program for both Mel's & Al Coro. This is a daytime position that focuses on the production of necessary mise en place for the program- including the creation of batches and tinctures and learning about draft cocktail systems.
You must work with a warm, knowledgeable & noticeably appreciative demeanor. This position is designed for individuals that are eager to learn and grow professionally and is an integral part of our restaurant’s success.
