Job Overview: As a Brand Digital Selling Specialist at Bloomingdale’s, your primary objective is to serve as your brand’s dedicated online Sales Professional. You will connect with customers through Bloomingdales.com, providing an elevated brand experience as you guide their purchasing decisions and answer general product questions. Through various technology applications, you will reconnect with those customers and continue to offer your service and inspire additional shopping opportunities. All technology applications to connect with customers will be available on company-provided devices.
Essential Functions:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3-5 years related experience
- Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
- Strong written skills for answering chat and sending emails
