Set in an 1800’s West Village townhouse, the restaurant is laid out across multiple floors. Guests enter into our downstairs Den bar. Upstairs on the parlor floor is the main dining room, an outdoor garden with a retractable roof for year-round use, and our six stool snug bar, Coco bar.

-Proven cooking experience in an high volume restaurant (NYC experience preferred)
-Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
-Familiar with industry's best practices, including department of health standards
-Availability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays
-Positive attitude; a team player that's willing to work as a team to provide the best possible guest experience every time!
