Catbird used to be very, very small. If we needed to communicate something, we would turn our heads and say it to a coworker who was inevitably two feet away. Maybe less. Our goal, as we grow, is to retain the warmth and interconnectedness of our roots, fueled by the curiosity, flexibility, and hard work of our teams throughout the years.

- Weld Catbird’s forever jewelry line onto our customers
- Maintain Catbird’s high quality standards and consistency despite fast paced environment and repetitiveness of work.
- Assisting managers to receive, price, display, clean, and maintain inventory throughout the store.
- Assists with supervising and training Sales Associates/Zappers
- Open and closes store and is a point person on processes and procedures.
- Assist sales associates with various customer service issues (i.e. dissatisfied customer, returns, defective merchandise) and have the capacity to know when to step in an escalated situation gracefully.
