Overview of Responsibilities:
• Daily production of savory and pastry mis-en-place.
• Maintain proper food handling and food safety guidelines.
• Receive and organize deliveries, while following proper FIFO.
• Follow direction and communicate with your sous chef.
Requirements for Success
• Organized
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 year kitchen experience.
