Requirements:
Prior bread and pastry making experience, specifically mixing and baking in a deck oven.
NY Food Handler's License.
All Candidates MUST:
Be willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and nights
Be able to lift 50+ lbs during an 8-hour shift
Be able to work in the United States
