Now hiring for Pastry Cook:
As a critical member of the culinary team, a successful Pastry Cook will prioritize positivity, passion, and flexibility. You will also have previous experience working in a collaborative and food forward environment.

- Support Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous as needed.
-Working knowledge and passion for classic French pastry techniques
-Have experience or a desire to learn more about pastry, including plating, production, and some events.
-Prepare and execute key components of seasonal dishes while ensuring quality and accuracy
-Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
-Wanting to be apart of a small yet diverse pastry program
-This position will work as needed. This is a PM line pastry cook position
- ability to manage time for both production and plating
-must be able to work nights and weekends
