Hotel Chelsea is now hiring Sous Chefs for a soon to open all day french american restaurant at the Hotel Chelsea. Training will begin in March. We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our management team in leading and inspiring our hourly team members. You will need to work together with the other Sous Chef in upholding our standards in food and workplace culture. You will assist in managing daily kitchen operations, prep, cleanliness, organization, service, and all other items the Chef requires. We are currently focused on candidates wtih full-time availability.
