il Buco Alimentari & Vineria opened in 2011 as a casual dining offshoot of il Buco, and has since earned a 3-star review from the NY Times. We specialize in house-made salumi, breads, pasta, and pastries, offering ambitious and inspired employees the opportunity to train at several different stations, learning multiple skills. We use locally-sourced ingredients from our partner farms upstate, as well as the highest quality specialty ingredients imported from Sicily to provide a truly unique dining experience for our guests.

We feature an in-house salumi program alongside organic house-made breads, pastries, and gelato.
We are extremely lucky to work with some of the most amazing products and exclusive purveyors which makes working at il Buco Alimentari a special experience. You will learn more than you set out. Previous experience is a bonus but are willing to train the right person if they are fresh out of culinary school or simply looking to get into a kitchen.
