We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. The store manager will oversee a team of 5 employees. This role will report to a district manager, who will work in unison to ensure the store's success.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store employees
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Complete inventory, ordering, and scheduling for store
- Follow health code protocols
- Additional store manager duties as needed

• Proven successful experience as a retail manager (food and beverage/hospitality experience preferred)
• Food Handlers License/Servsafe
