Little Collins is looking for an experienced line cook! (Midtown East)
We are looking for a detail orientated and hard-working line cook.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to work as a part of the team
Establish rapport with our kitchen department and management team
Must keep a clean workstation and be able to work in a pressured environment
Maintain sanitation requirements in accordance with health department and company standards
Perform any other job related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Knowledge & passion for the food industry
Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience to be considered
Must be highly organized and very detail oriented
Able to communicate well with others
Must be able to lift 50#
Ability to be flexible with scheduling
ServSafe or equivalent certification recommended
Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred
