Job Description:
MSKCC is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of 2024 New Grad Clinical Nurse. Role Overview:
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms within designated inpatient specialties such as but not limited to BMT, Hematology services, Head and Neck, Neuro/Ortho and other various med/surg and/or telemetry units available.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide patient education and support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program preferred.
- New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.

- Effective collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
