Pay Range: $98,500.00-$157,600.00

System Administrator/Developer

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are seeking a hard-working and self-driven System Administrator/Developer to help us continue pioneering next-generation clinical software systems. Role Overview:
- Configure the REDCap System to ensure robustness, security, and compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations, including validation of system compliance.
- Perform application configuration, monitor, maintain, and test application performance by ensuring reliable operation for all users, and troubleshooting system failures or computer hardware and software issues.
- Upgrade the REDCap application and coordinate server patching to improve functionality, installation, and the testing of new or changed hardware/software as well as responding to and resolving end user-reported issues.
- Implement and follow the standard methodologies in software development, code versioning, software testing, and deployment.
- Take part in code reviews, build/release management, and other R&D discussions.

Key Qualifications:
- 4-6 years' experience in Linux/Windows system administration
- Solid understanding of Apache server management and Red Hat Linux Enterprise
- Proficiency in MySQL/MariaDB database server platforms
- Experience/understanding of Active Directory/LDAP
- Experience with HIPPA Data Privacy policies/regulations preferred.
- Exposure to full stack development using some combination of these technologies: PHP/Python, Flask/Spring/Django, MySQL/MongoDB.
