Project Coordinator
Exciting Opportunity at MSK:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator. You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all assigned projects. Exercises judgment in decision-making to ensure efficient progression and successful completion of projects, including developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, meetings, deliverables, communications, and documentation.
Role Overview:
- Coordinate departmental Tissue Implant Tracking activities and ensure records comply with regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate departmental IT information Security reviews for new technologies.
- Facilitate departmental technical billing activities, charge master optimization, and billing compliance reviews.
- Lead or coordinate departmental projects or process improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- 2 years of demonstrated experience in the field of project management.
- Microsoft Excel expert-level skills.
- Data Analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Medical/Surgical Terminology.
- Familiarity with hospital technical billing.
- Fundamental knowledge of project management principles.
