As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will influence talent strategy, optimize the recruiting process, and enable the business to make the best hiring decisions.

**Role overview:**
- Craft and cast wide recruiting nets to "catch" the best talent.
- Be the "first impression" of our organization for potential candidates.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively across all parts of the Institution to drive success.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to guide effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Serve as a key advisor to hiring managers, understanding MSK's strategic goals and collaborating with hiring teams to identify critical skills gaps. Provide insights about recruiting, industry trends, compensation practices, and market activity, sharing strategies and best practices related to the Talent Acquisition process.
**Core Skills:**
- You are an authority in recruiting top talent and understand how to align talent strategies with business priorities.
- You have a consistent track record of identifying and engaging qualified talent in the market.
- You are analytical and data savvy, using it to inform decision-making and influence recruiting strategy.
- You are a change agent who loves to embrace change, learn new skills, and contribute ideas to enhance recruiting strategies.
- You are a mobility champion, driving internal mobility by providing guidance and removing barriers to development for our employees.
- You have effectively managed recruiting projects and successfully delivered on hiring expectations.
**Key Qualifications:**
- 4+ years of strategic full-cycle recruiting experience in a start-up, agency, and/or large, matrixed organization; proven ability and confidence to navigate any type of recruitment (mid to senior level roles, niche, corporate, clinical, or nonclinical) is key.
**Additional information:**
Candidate must be local to NYC. This is a hybrid role that requires flexibility to be onsite in NYC at various MSK locations (633 Third Ave, 1275 York Ave, etc.) to meet with hiring managers, candidates, run events, and/or travel to non-MSK hiring events in the tri-state area multiple days per week.
**Pay Range:** $80,300.00 - $157,600.00
