Requirements:
• 2 years of experience
Must be willing and able to:
o Welcomes customers by determining their beverage interests and needs
o Educates customers by presenting and explaining the drinks menu; answering questions
o Prepares and sells coffee/tea drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation
techniques for coffee drinks, such as, expresso, latte, and cappuccino, matcha, etc.
o Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and
products
o Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing
equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for the brew bar
o Maintains a clean, safe, and healthy work environment by following organization standards
and sanitation regulations
