The Administrative Assistant, People Experience, Biopharma, PGS & GTS is a responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to two People Experience leadership team members: the SVP, People Experience, Biopharma and the SVP, People Experience PGS & GTS, including but not limited to efficient calendar management, travel arrangements, preparation for and set-up of team meetings, preparation and distribution of presentations and materials.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works closely with SVP, People Experience, Biopharma and SVP, People Experience PGS & GTS providing administrative support and provide adhoc support to respective teams
- Handles correspondence / documents of confidential nature and where appropriate respond to, create, compose and/or edit written materials and/or e-mail responses.
- Proactively coordinates leadership and team meetings, prepares and edits meeting agendas, minutes & action items, reports and presentations using Microsoft Office software and other tools such as MS Teams.
- Exercises sound judgment in anticipating priorities and potential conflicts to ensure deadlines are met and leaders are properly prepared
- Provides support managing calendars, scheduling high-level, time-sensitive meetings, managing travel arrangements, and completing expenses;
- Serves as backup to Executive Assistant to EVP, Chief People Experience Officer
- Completes quality work on a timely basis, using judgment to identify most urgent issues and working to resolve them.

The salary for this position ranges from $31.36 to $52.27 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
