RH is seeking a Lifeguard/Pool Server to join our team in providing world-class service to guests while taking great care of our equipment and facilities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
Support team members and leaders with guest services
Daily setup and breakdown of the Pool dining area & surrounding areas
Develop knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including: ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service
Ensure guest checks are accurate and closed out properly
Provide friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in: greeting, seating and waiting on all guests
Answer guest questions with regards to the property, connect guests with appropriate associates to assist with any further requests
Participate in teamwork and foster harmonious working climate
OUR REQUIREMENTS
No serving experience is required
Level 2 Lifeguard certification required
Proper alcohol and food certifications specific to State Laws
Must be of legal age per state law to serve alcohol
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
Experience with Micros or a similar POS system
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to swim, bend, stoop, lift, reach, push, twist, walk, crouch, and squat
Must be able to work in summer/outdoor temperatures and in the sun
