Casa Nela is looking for Production Bakers to join our culinary team with our newest venture "Rosemary's Pantry." Debuting in September at the Rosemary's location in StuyTown, the Pantry will provide a counter service offering coffee and authentic Italian provisions to be enjoyed on the go or at home.
Proven experience working in high volume prep, production, and catering (NYC experience preferred)
Bread and laminated dough experience is preferred
