We’re looking for a talented and motivated Lead Baker or Pastry Cook to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
High-volume pastry production of loaf cakes, soft butter cookies, vegan pastries, brownies, financiers, and other baked goods
Production for our online operations for nationwide shipping
Maintaining the highest possible standards in product quality and health and safety
Being consistent, obsessed with quality, and taking pride in the baked goods you produce
- Being a motivated team player with outstanding communication skills
Showcasing a proactive, self-starter approach
Ability to take on managerial duties and execute to a high standard
