We are looking for an Lead Pastry Chef.
- Production: Pastry production- past experience with high volume production of Loaf cakes, high volume of soft butter cookies, vegan pastries, brownies, financiers, and other pastries.
- Packing: Kitchen is also in charge of our online shipping
- Reporting: Communicate effectively to direct report, attend any meetings and trainings required.
- Safety: Comply with all NYC food safety regulations, Follow CDC and company guidelines COVID-19, hygiene and sanitation
