El Preparadors (Prep Cooks) - Are the heart of our kitchens. They are responsible for providing the best flavor in each taco and menu item that reaches our guests' palate.
Your responsibilities will include…
- Prepare ingredients and menu item components daily to maximize efficiency and assist co- workers with other required prep duties when needed.
- Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction; ensure the work station is always clean and organized.
- Constantly monitor and maintain food temperature pursuant to Station Temp Log, before, during and after service.
- Follow the direction of the Chefs, always striving to exceed expectations
