The Bowery Hotel is a boutique luxury hotel located in the Noho/East Village area of Manhattan. We are looking for motivated experienced guest service agents who prioritize exceptional customer service and are looking to grow with our company.
Standard hotel duties based on the shift
Checking guests in and out of the hotel
Taking concierge and reservation requests
Taking room service orders
Recommendations based on the needs of the guest
Handling 3rd party billing, cash and credit cards
Detailed profile information
Detailed procedures to be followed daily
Thorough communication between departments based on the needs of the day
Clear communication with managers as well as upper management

1 year of luxury hotel experience guest facing or over the phone preferred
Standing while on shift, excluding breaks
Professional command of the English language both verbally and written
Independently motivated, detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent work ethic with a positive disposition
Strong, thorough communication skills
The ability to retain training information as well as daily task requirements
The ability to follow directions exactly and with enthusiasm
