Responsibilities:
- Daily preparation of mise en place for your station
- Excellence in food presentation
- Support Chefs with all menu prep and execution
- Coordinates pick-ups and plating with kitchen & FOH staff
- Exhibit great Communication with chefs and other cooks
- Promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, clutter free and organized workstation at all times
