The Food and Beverage Expeditor is responsible for full-process ticket expediting, from assisting with firing dishes in the kitchen to plating, to delivering finished dishes to guest tables. The Food and Beverage Expeditor will also be responsible for performing side work for FOH and BOH, replenishing FOH and BOH stock and clearing bus bins, preparing mise-en-place, and any other duties designated as necessary by the GM/Executive Chef or managers on duty.
