TRUDON is a French luxury brand, founded in 1643 and formerly official candle supplier of the French royal court. To this day, Maison Trudon has developed a strong savoir-faire in creating sophisticated interior scents in various forms, principally candles as well as an acclaimed line of fine fragrances.
As TRUDON is opening a new retail location in Soho, NYC, we are looking for Sales Associates to support the store team:
People Responsibilities
- Contribute actively to the store sales, providing a remarkable service to all, supporting the management team, and representing the brand and image
- Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and maintenance of the qualitative standards required by the brand
- Network in the community to drive sales and traffic to the boutique
- Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships
- Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
- Partner closely with Store xManager and HQ to drive sales goals and support team trainings
Operational Responsibilities
- Contribute to operations, such as stock control and inventories
- Process customer transactions at the cash desk
- Receive and process deliveries, including prepare and organize deliveries and shipments to clients
