Duties & Requirements:
- Provide exceptional hospitable service to every customer
- Previous NYC hospitality experience preferred (1-2 years)
- Communicate with management and chefs
- Knowledge of RESY system
- Maintain current knowledge of all food and beverage menus
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time
- Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing is required
- Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as business dictates
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Managing telephone calls
- Food safety knowledge
