Reporting to the Director, Exhibitions Management and the Head Registrar, Permanent Collection, the Registration Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for the Registration Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist registrars with daily tasks, including exhibition preparation and logistics as needed
- Process and track invoices and timesheets
- Monitor departmental and exhibition budgets
- Filing and record keeping
- Make travel arrangements
- Arrange for and supervise visitors viewing works in the permanent collection
- Other duties as needed
