What we expect from you
- To be the main point of contact for all staff members in store for all technology related queries
- Help managers with technical part of applications usage (installation, maintenance)
- Organize and implement of all new store device applications and updates (cooperation with IT, staff training)
- Report all device technical issues to respective department and follow up on the status
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (cooperation with IT department)
- Detection and prevention of possible major issues that may affect the business
- Implement and follow up on devices control system (stock inventories, control of devices conditions).
- Supervise the cash desk team (Head Cashier, Assistant Head Cashier, Cashiers)
- Supervise cash desk team schedules to ensure proper functioning of the section and achieving productivity levels
- Manage the recruitment of new register team members
- In collaboration with the Head Cashier and Assistant Head cashier train the store staff (associates, cashiers) on devices functionalities and follow up to ensure that all staff members is fully trained
- Fully train and develop all cashiers (and cross trainers) and follow up their performance
- In collaboration with the Head Cashier and Assistant Head cashier ensure proper training for all new hires.

Annual compensation range:$54,600 - $60,400.
