Separate supplied job facts from Workwise guidance
Workwise distinguishes employer and feed content from its own interface, methodology, and candidate guidance so readers can judge each type of information in the right context.
Two kinds of content
Job titles, employer names, locations, dates, categories, application destinations, and full descriptions originate in the Appcast-supplied feed. Employers, recruiters, feed providers, and destination operators remain responsible for the content and processes they control.
Workwise-owned content includes navigation, labels, search and browse experiences, methodology, safety guidance, legal notices, and other explanations about how the service works. A listing's presence is not an editorial endorsement of the employer or its claims.
How listing content is presented
Workwise sanitizes supplied descriptions for safe display and may shorten supplied text for cards, page descriptions, or other interface previews. Those summaries and labels are navigation aids; the full Workwise description and original destination remain available for context.
Workwise does not add unsupported pay, benefits, credentials, schedules, hiring promises, or closing dates to make a listing seem more complete. Explicit feed wording can support derived labels such as remote status or employment type; uncertain details remain unlabeled. The job data methodology documents those rules.
AI-assisted work
Automated tools, including AI-assisted drafting or editing, may support Workwise-owned explanatory content and software work. Publication responsibility remains with Workwise whether or not a tool assists.
AI-assisted tools are not treated as a source of job facts and must not be used to invent missing listing details. The current job search is deterministic and uses supplied listing text, location data, posting dates, and stable tie-breakers—not a candidate résumé, user profile, or conversational AI judgment.
Corrections and listing reports
Send a correction or listing concern to support@workwise.care. Include the Workwise page address, the specific statement or behavior at issue, and a non-sensitive source that supports the requested change when available.
Workwise can correct its own explanatory content or review and remove a Workwise listing page. An employer, feed provider, or destination operator must correct material they control. Do not include a résumé, government identifier, financial data, password, or other sensitive application information in a report.
Commercial links and search order
Job cards and application buttons use a validated Workwise outbound route before opening the supplied external listing in a new tab. The current search order is based on text relevance, location matching, supplied posting date, and stable tie-breakers. It is not a statement that Workwise has verified or recommends a particular employer.
Read the external job links notice for the handoff to third-party services and the privacy notice for the limited information involved in using Workwise.
