Part 1
Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of workwise.care (the "Service"), operated by Workwise Solutions Inc. ("Workwise," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
1. What Workwise provides
Workwise organizes job advertisements from third-party sources so people can search, compare, and open source listings. We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing firm, employment agency, or applicant-tracking provider. We do not make hiring decisions or guarantee an interview, offer, or job.
2. Listings and external applications
Employers, recruiters, publishers, and other third parties supply the underlying job information. A listing may be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, delayed, changed, or removed, and displaying it is not an endorsement. Confirm the employer, role, pay, schedule, location, requirements, availability, and destination before relying on a listing.
All applications take place on external sites. Workwise does not control those sites or their application processes and is not a party to communications, interviews, background checks, offers, employment, or disputes between you and an employer or other third party. Your use of an external site is governed by that site's terms and privacy policy.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for lawful job discovery. You may not:
- interfere with the Service, its security, infrastructure, or another person's use;
- bypass access controls, rate limits, outbound-link safeguards, or published crawling instructions;
- generate artificial, fraudulent, automated, or incentivized clicks or traffic;
- scrape or republish the Service in a way that degrades it, infringes rights, or creates a competing job database without permission; or
- impersonate a person or employer, introduce malicious code, or use the Service for fraud, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful conduct.
4. Ownership
Workwise or its licensors own the Service's software, interface, arrangement, branding, and original content. Job descriptions, employer names, trademarks, and destination materials may belong to their respective owners. Using the Service does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
5. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and job listings are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, availability, security, suitability, or a particular employment outcome. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service and may remove listings or restrict misuse without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workwise and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the Service, a listing, an external site, or an interaction with a third party. Their combined liability for claims relating to the public Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Workwise for that Service in the prior 12 months or US $100. These limits do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
6. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may revise these Terms as the Service, our providers, or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means they apply to later use. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
Please contact us first with a concern so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Workwise.
Part 2
Privacy policy
This policy explains how Workwise handles information on the public workwise.care website. It does not cover an employer, recruiter, listing provider, applicant-tracking system, or other site you visit after leaving Workwise.
1. Information we process
The current Service has no candidate accounts, résumé uploads, saved-search accounts, newsletters, SMS alerts, or direct application form. We do not ask you to submit your name, résumé, phone number, or job application to search the site.
- Search information: keywords, location text, filters, and page selections. These values may appear in the page URL, browser history, copied links, and routine request logs.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and requested pages, request time, response status, and diagnostic or security details processed by our site and hosting providers.
- Outbound-link information: the internal job identifier you request and the routine technical information above, which lets us return and protect the correct link.
Do not put Social Security numbers, financial information, medical information, credentials, or another person's private information into a search field.
2. How we use information
We use this information to:
- return searches, job pages, and directories;
- resolve a destination that you choose to open;
- operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service;
- measure aggregate performance and prevent misuse; and
- comply with law and protect legal rights and safety.
We do not use your Workwise searches to make employment decisions. We do not sell lists of visitor personal information for money or use Workwise activity for advertising based on activity across unrelated sites.
3. Cookies and analytics
As of the date above, Workwise does not intentionally use client-side audience analytics, advertising pixels, or advertising cookies. Routine site requests may still create the technical logs described above. If we add accounts, analytics, advertising, alerts, or similar features, we will update this policy and provide any controls required by law.
4. When information is shared
Information may be processed or disclosed:
- by hosting, security, maintenance, and professional-service providers working for us;
- when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid process, investigate misuse, or protect rights and safety; or
- as part of a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale, subject to appropriate protections.
When you choose an external job link, your browser connects to another operator. That operator may independently receive your IP address, browser details, referring URL, request time, identifiers, or later application activity under its own policy. Workwise does not receive the application you submit there.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for site delivery, security, debugging, fraud prevention, disputes, contracts, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and provider settings. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information in our control, but no internet transmission, redirect, or storage system is completely secure.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You can read full job descriptions on Workwise without opening an external application site, avoid sensitive search terms, and clear history or site data through your browser. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, learn about disclosures, appeal a denied request, or opt out of certain regulated uses.
Email support@workwise.care and state your request and place of residence. We may need to verify the request. Because Workwise has no user accounts and routine logs may not identify you by name, we may not be able to connect a request to a specific log. Requests about an external application or destination site must be sent to that operator.
7. Children
Workwise is intended for people at least 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to Workwise.
8. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the Service, our providers, or the law changes. We will post the updated policy here, revise the date above, and provide additional notice when required.
