Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Schedule: Monday–Thursday field work; Friday administrative work

Pay Range: $73.00 - $77.00 hourly

Job Summary:

Seeking Account Executive to drive merchant adoption, onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement within launch markets. This is a highly field-based role focused on building relationships with local businesses and supporting successful market launches.

Responsibilities:

• Visit local businesses and build strong relationships with merchants.
• Lead merchant onboarding, training, and activation support.
• Drive merchant adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Host workshops, events, and merchant education sessions.
• Gather merchant feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with internal Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Travel locally, up to approximately 100 miles within the assigned market.

Qualifications:

• 5–7+ years of experience in field sales, account management, merchant success, training, community management, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
• Experience leading training, workshops, or customer education.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• AS/BS degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
