NOW HIRING: ACCOUNTANT

We’re working with a growing organization looking to add an Accountant to its team.

JOB COSTING EXPERIENCE IS KEY!

This is a great opportunity for an accountant who enjoys working with project costs, financial reporting, and partnering with operational teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Job costing and cost analysis

• Month-end reporting and forecasting

• WIP schedules and project cost updates

• Vendor invoice processing and reconciliations

• Assisting with AP and payment processing

• Working closely with Project Managers and other internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of accounting experience

• Strong job costing experience

• Strong Excel skills

• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities

• Sage 300 or similar accounting system experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Construction industry experience is NOT required. Candidates coming from other project-based or job-cost accounting environments are encouraged to apply.
