Accounting Clerk

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is recruiting for an Accounting Clerk for a for a networking hardware manufacturer. This is a full-time, evaluation hire opportunity starting at $25.00 to $30.00/hour. Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• New customer setup and credit qualification
• Processing payments and proofing invoices
• Contacting customers regarding overdue balances
• Month-end and cash reconciliation
• Data entry and general administrative tasks

Requirements

• One year of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; accurate 10-key data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor
• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
• Associates degree or offsetting experience
