Accounts Receivable Analyst

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst for a growing consumer products company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire opportunity. Base compensation starts at $30.00 to $32.00/hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply and post customer payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and account balances
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records
• Communicate with customers regarding account issues
• Assist with reporting and other accounting-related activities

Requirements

• 5 years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
• Experience with payment posting and account reconciliations
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
