AI Solution Delivery – Architect
Filed under IT Services and IT Consulting
Full job description
AI Solution Delivery resource to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform how customer manages its contract lifecycle — from initiation and authoring through negotiation, execution, compliance, and renewal. You’ll sit within WW Sales BPR, partnering closely with Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to identify high-impact use cases and bring them from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use Case Discovery & Prioritization — Partner with contract lifecycle stakeholders to identify automation and intelligence opportunities (e.g., clause extraction, obligation tracking, renewal prediction, risk scoring, contract summarization).
• Solution Design — Architect end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, model selection (LLM, NLP, ML), integration points, and UX flows that fit within customer enterprise ecosystem.
• Delivery & Implementation — Own the build cycle: requirements gathering, prototyping, iteration with users, testing, deployment, and post-launch measurement.
• Stakeholder Enablement — Translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical partners; run demos, training sessions, and adoption programs.
• Cross-Functional Coordination — Work with Legal, Procurement, Sales Ops, IT, and Data Engineering to ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Continuous Improvement — Monitor solution performance, gather feedback, and iterate. Stay current on advances in GenAI, NLP, and contract intelligence tooling.
Qualification:
Experienced in solution delivery, consulting, or product development — with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML solutions
• Demonstrated experience with contract management, CLM platforms, or adjacent legal-tech domains
• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP techniques, and their application to document-heavy workflows
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical requirements
• Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering)
• Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior leadership and working with individual contributors alike
