A premier luxury boutique hotel in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join their dynamic team and provide exceptional hospitality experiences for every guest. This is an exciting opportunity for a service-driven hospitality professional who brings a strong understanding of luxury standards and who is passionate about creating seamless, memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-touch environment and brings exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service. This is a full-time, on-site position with Wednesdays and Thursday’s off and biweekly rotating hours.

The Assistant General Manager will oversee the full guest experience and support the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint. They are responsible for operating the front desk, managing guest check-in and check-outs, upselling, and addressing guest inquiries.

This individual must have experience using Opera or Room Master and will always maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
