Associate Scientist

Summary

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Key Requirements:

• 1+ year of mammalian cell tissue culture experience.
• Experience with cell-based assays, primary cells, and human whole blood.
• Automation experience with platforms such as Tecan, Hamilton, or Beckman Coulter preferred.
• Data analysis skills using Excel, R, or Python.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain and expand cell lines and perform/troubleshoot cell-based assays.
• Isolate, culture, and work with primary cells and human whole blood.
• Support high-throughput in-vitro assays and laboratory automation using liquid handlers.
• Analyze and report experimental data.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to improve tissue culture, automation, quality, and efficiency.
