Attorney - Civil Litigation Defense

Leading NY full service firm is seeking to add an Attorney with 2-15+ years of litigation experience for their growing Westchester, NY office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable full-service firm that offers growth and a collegial work environment.

Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: Medical Malpractice, Healthcare, Personal Injury, General Liability, Toxic Tort, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Professional Liability, Municipal, Public Entity, Catastrophic Injury, Complex Commercial, Auto, Trucking/Transportation, Criminal, Civil, Construction Defect, NY Labor Law.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Take and defend depositions
• Make court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

• JD from accredited law school
• Strong research and writing skills
• 2-15+ years of experience
• Licensed and in good standing in NY

Base salary range 125k-200k (DOE)+ Generous Bonuses + Full Benefits + Hybrid
