Full job description

About This Role

The User Operations Specialist II is responsible for driving USCA outbound gifting (L2O) growth by increasing the volume, penetration, and share of USCA paid users’ gifting toward overseas content. This role owns the paid-user and cross-region gifting lifecycle end to end, from recharge and first-time gifting through repeat gifting, user–host matching, and early SVIP development, with accountability for key conversion, engagement, and revenue metrics.

Working closely with overseas teams, the role develops cross-region user–host matching strategies, executes gifting events and incentive programs, and supports high-value users to deepen engagement and retention. The position also uses data and performance insights to identify funnel gaps, optimize campaigns and user experiences, improve operational processes, and develop actionable recommendations that support sustainable L2O and paid-user growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own USCA outbound gifting (L2O) as the primary growth mandate — driving the volume, penetration, and share of USCA paid users' gifting toward overseas content.
  • Drive income growth by owning the full funnel end to end — first-time and repeat recharge, paid user expansion, first and repeat cross-region gifting, and early SVIP pipeline — accountable for every stage metric along the way (recharge conversion, DAPU, ARPPU, L2O income and share of CCR, gifting penetration and repeat rate, SVIP conversion), diagnosing where the funnel leaks, and resolving paid user and cross-region gifting issues.
  • Build and optimize the cross-region user–host matching path in partnership with overseas teams (LATAM, Africa, MENA, SEA, and others) — working with them to secure host supply and coordinate a joint activity calendar, while surfacing overseas content to USCA users, guiding first gifting conversion, deepening repeat gifting, and growing gifting breadth across multiple hosts and regions.
  • Own event operations for overseas gifting — planning, launching, budget management, recapping, and iterating gifting events, rewards, coupon and bonus mechanics, and user progression programs — with each event scoped and measured against paid user and income growth targets.
  • Support daily in-app operations and relationship management for SVIP and high-value users with overseas gifting behavior, ensuring a consistent, timely, high-quality experience and protecting the retention of USCA's highest-contribution cross-region spenders.
  • Build data tracking for gifting and lifecycle programs, run analysis on performance and ROI, and translate findings into concrete operational plans for UM — summarizing recurring pain points into actionable product, campaign, or service improvement proposals.
  • Continuously build and refine SOPs to improve operational efficiency, and prepare regular performance reports, business reviews, and leadership presentations that surface clear insights — proactively flagging trends and risks that may affect L2O growth, CCR, paid user quality, channel efficiency, or SVIP pipeline health.
  • Support other business needs as they arise, including offline events, merch shipment, and similar operational support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 2+ years of experience in user operations, revenue operations, live streaming platform operations, or a related field; experience managing recharge, paid user growth, lifecycle, or high-value user programs is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of in-app activity design, recharge mechanics, and reward/incentive systems; ability to structure and calculate benefit rules accurately
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking; comfortable working with regional teams, HQ, and product teams across different time zones
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and execution-focused, with strong problem-solving ability; capable of managing multiple workstreams, tracking issues end-to-end, and delivering clear business updates to stakeholders.

Other Information:

  • Location: 10250 Constellation Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90067.
  • Work Arrangement: On-site Monday to Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, in accordance with business needs and company policy.
