Responsibilities Of The Bilingual Office Assistant
- Communicate with students and graduates until employment is secured in their field or a related field.
- Monitor applicant progress through regular telephone contact.
- Verify continuous employment in accordance with school, accreditation, and company guidelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities.
- Maintain an active lead generation system and employment database.
- Maintain student/employer conversion logs and documentation.
- Enter all data accurately and timely into the company electronic record-keeping system.
- Strong public speaking and telephone communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in educational or career services environments.
- Familiarity with accreditation compliance and record-keeping systems.
- High School Diploma.
