Onsite Supervisor


The On-Site Supervisor is instrumental in the successful implementation of the Proman Client partnership. Your work will have a direct and major impact on our business. The On-Site Supervisor will take a proactive approach to maintaining staffing levels at the client and supporting the client’s HR team.


Job responsibilities:


  • Relationship Building – walk the floor, speak with supervisors, ask about performance andbuild a supportive presence with a commitment to excellence as an active extension of the client’s team.
  • Recruiting & Hiring – Source candidates through a variety of recruiting methods such as jobboards and social media.
  • Prescreen and interview - conduct behavioral based interviews to determine the candidates that have the characteristics needed to be successful on the job; complete reference checks.
  • Orientation – conduct new hire orientations including review of client’s policies and procedures, such as: hours of operation, dress code, cell phone policy, job performance expectations, safety equipment and first-aid.
  • Employee Relations – act as an extension of client’s HR team providing ongoing coaching and guidance to include managing attendance policies and corrective action.
  • Reporting and Analytics – provide reports and data on key metrics such as: on-time fill rate, attendance tracking, timeline tracking from start.
  • Human Resources – implement and enforce human resources policies and procedures to improve overall operations, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and employment laws in accordance with PeopleShare and client business practices.
  • Communication – maintain excellent communication with PeopleShare branch personnel


Requirements:


  • Demonstrated experience in all facets of human resources including recruitment.
  • Experience working within a warehouse setting a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field of study; or equivalent amount ofexperience.
  • Ability to report on metrics and business analytics.
  • Able to develop strong relationships across the organization.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve.
  • Collaborative spirit.
  • Highly attentive to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
