Bookkeeper

Bookkeepers to work for these great Business Management Account firms,Locations include the West side of Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and Encino.

We are also looking for Account Manager(s) salaries are commensurate with experience. Salaries commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with accounting using AgiLink software, which is a must! Someone who has a passion for software. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. One position is using QuickBooks, experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Supporting Account Managers with all bookkeeping responsibilities
• Handling cash flow
• working with client's vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a business management accounting firm
• Proficient in AgilLink and Microsoft Office suite and strong IT capabilities
• Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
