Our client is a law firm seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation, proofreading, and strategy of pitch materials
- Oversee research on current and prospective clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Manage daily workflow for monitoring news and identifying business development opportunities.
- Partner with Knowledge Services to maintain accurate business development data.
- Partner with senior leadership on process improvements
- Support training and development through procedures, mock pitches, and knowledge resources.
- Delegate and oversee work performed by coordinators, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of law firm marketing experience
- Experience as a mentor or manager
- Understanding of markets, restructuring, private equity, venture capital, and related areas.
The annual base salary range is $140,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
