As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Buyer to drive category performance through strategic sourcing, vendor partnerships, & data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement across assigned product categories
• Develop & execute category strategies to optimize sales, margin, & inventory performance
• Negotiate pricing, terms, & promotional support with vendors to drive profitability
• Analyze sales trends, market conditions, & competitive landscape to inform buying decisions
• Identify new product opportunities & manage product lifecycle from onboarding through discontinuation
• Partner with merchandising, operations, & marketing teams to align assortment with customer demand
• Monitor inventory levels & collaborate with supply chain to ensure proper stock levels across locations
• Track vendor performance, resolve discrepancies, & ensure compliance with company standards
• Support promotional planning, seasonal buys, & ad planning initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of buying/procurement experience, preferably within foodservice, retail, or distribution
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive cost savings & margin improvement
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel & data analysis tools
• Ability to manage multiple categories, vendors, & priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication & cross-functional collaboration skills
