CapEx Systems Program Manager

A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is looking for CapEx Systems Program Manager to join their team. This role will work with internal and external teams to ensure the accuracy of data inputs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively plan and communicate timelines, milestones, and activities
• Develop mutually beneficial working relationships with end users (vendors, cross-functional teams, etc.) by utilizing professional interpersonal skills
• Understand application development needs, set expectations, and monitor the efficiency of internal and/or external users.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in project/program management in Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations or a related role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Project management skills - keep track, prioritize, and close out multiple tasks
• Excel proficiency
• Strong analytical abilities, and a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy and adherence to protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of database management systems
• Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Proven experience managing complex projects in a large enterprise setting
• Great at learning and using new software.
• Great influence and people skills, work with different teams with different personalities to drive closure to issues without escalation.
• Intuitive sense of how complicated data-systems work and the “why” behind every input.

Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months with extension

Work Location: Cupertino, CA (hybrid)

Pay range: $93.00 – $108.00/hr (DOE)
