Full job description
This established GC have a 50-year history of specializing in large-scale, ground-up projects throughout New York City.
They are currently looking for a Chief Estimator to join their close-knit, experienced estimating team, overseeing the production of bids across projects ranging from $20M to $200M+.
Overseeing a team of 10, you will be responsible for leading the division, ensuring the timely delivery of bids across a range of large-scale projects, and taking ultimate responsibility for bid strategy, maintaining positive client and subcontractor relationships, and collaborating with the project management team.
They are looking for someone with 15+ years' estimating experience, working on ground-up projects in the boroughs, and experience leading a team of estimating/precon professionals.
