🚨 Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Desert Valley Hospital

📍 Victorville, CA | Southern California

💰 $250K–$350K + Bonus

We’re searching for an exceptional acute care hospital operator to lead Desert Valley Hospital, an innovative, forward-thinking community hospital recognized among the top 5% of hospitals nationwide for clinical performance.

This is a 140+ bed hospital in a growing Southern California market, and we’re open to accomplished executives nationwide who are willing to relocate to Victorville.

Who we’re looking for:

• Senior executive leadership experience within a for-profit acute care hospital of 100+ beds
• An exceptionally strong hospital operator who understands what is happening at the ground level
• Deep experience with revenue cycle and managed care contracting
• Strong track record of developing and maintaining physician relationships
• A visible, hands-on leader who rounds regularly, walks the floors, and builds relationships from physicians and executives to frontline staff
• A thoughtful, collaborative leader who understands the importance of employee engagement and maintaining a strong workplace culture
• Someone excited to become part of the Victorville community and help lead the hospital's continued growth

Desert Valley also has a large affiliated medical group with its own CEO. While you won't directly manage the medical group, the ability to partner closely with physicians and build credibility with the medical staff is critical.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to lead from behind a desk. We're looking for a CEO who knows hospital operations inside and out, enjoys being close to the business, and wants to be a visible presence throughout the hospital and community.
